Hi, I am Clara-Marie (clarasmarie)
– a 25-year-old freelance artist and graphic designer based in Germany.My creativity is inspired by everyday moments and the things I love. I enjoy experimenting with different mediums or mixed techniques in illustration and design. More than anything, I focus on turning ideas into meaningful visual art.My creative journey began in 2018, when I started training as a digital and print media designer, which I successfully graduated in 2021. From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a media designer, gaining hands-on experience. In 2025, I took the next step and began studying for a bachelor’s degree in communication design and also started my work as a freelance artist and graphic designer.

Terms of Service
01 | GENERAL
- By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. They ensure a fair and transparent collaboration.
- Prices shown are guidelines and may change depending on demand.
- I may reject any commission without stating reason.
- If you have a deadline, please inform me in advance. Deadlines may affect pricing.
- Prices shown apply for PERSONAL USE and SMALL CONTENT CREATORS only. For business inquiries (commercial use), please send me an email.02 | PAYMENT
- Accepted methods: PayPal or German bank transfer.
- Payment options: 100% upfront OR 50% upfront after sketch approval and the other 50% after final approval.
- Final high-resolution files are delivered only after full payment.
- If payment is not made, I may stop work or restrict usage rights.03 | PROCESS
- I provide you with an estimated completion time, depending on complexity and my workload.
- I require your billing address and a valid email address for invoicing.
- Major changes are possible after you received the initial sketch. After final approval only minor changes are possible.
- After full payment you will receive the high-resolution files.04 | USAGE RIGHTS
MY RIGHTS:
- I keep the copyright to all artworks.
- I may share all commissions on my social media and portfolio (unless agreed otherwise).
- I can cancel and refund at any time.YOUR RIGHTS:
- You gain agreed usage rights once full payment is made.
- You may upload the artwork online for personal, non-commercial use.
- You CANNOT resell, redistribute, print or use the artwork commercially without a separate license.
- You CANNOT alter the artwork without my consent.
- You CANNOT use the artwork to train AI tools.COMMERCIAL USE:

- I may share the final artwork and work-in-progress images on my social media and portfolio.
- If you want your commission kept private (e.g. a gift), tell me in advance.06 | CANCELLATION & REFUND
- You may cancel before I begin. Deposits are non-refundable.
- If I cannot start or finish your commission (my fault), you will get a full refund.
- No refunds once I’ve started working.
- Do not request PayPal chargebacks. I will refund you directly.
- Unauthorized chargebacks = loss of rights to the artwork and blacklist.07 | LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- I am not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the artwork.
